1. I recognize issues and trends in education as opportunities to improve my school.
2. I listen and reflect on what my school’s stakeholders think and say, and use the information to design/review programs and projects for my school.
3. I lead my school team in designing innovations to improve learning outcomes.
4. I communicate and get the ideas of my teachers about the current and emerging instructional reforms of the Ministry.
5.I organize and support my teacher leaders in enriching and contextualizing the curriculum based on the needs and context of my school.
6. I lead my teachers in designing co- and extra-curricular activities to enrich the curriculum.
7. I guide my teachers in their work performance, and assess their own professional development needs and provide the necessary support.
8. I listen and encourage my teachers to build a culture where they learn from each other, reflect and improve their own practices.
9. I lead the use of technology in school management and in the teaching learning process.
10. I take the initiative to know more about important partners of my school, so I can better engage them.
11. I collaborate with my teachers and staff in designing a plan that engages our school’s stakeholders in the review and implementation of the school plans and programs.
